- Provides the HHA with a scheduled 30-minute monthly call for three months to address any problems or questions that may arise as he or she is adjusting to their new role.
OUR CURRICULUM
Our apprenticeship program is designed to provide each home health aide (HHA) with the knowledge and skill set that will allow them to competently care for their clients. Each HHA will understand the importance of building a harmonious relationship with the client, valuing his or her skill set as an HHA, and delivering client-centered, evidence-based quality home health care. The program also helps companies retain their HHAs by focusing on the needs of their HHAs, bridging the gap between the HHA, client, and employer, instilling values in their HHAs, and nurturing a lasting working relationship.
