OUR CURRICULUM

Our HHA program is designed to provide each home health aide (HHA) with the knowledge and skill set that will allow them to completely care for their clients. Each HHA will understand the importance of building a harmonious relationship with the client, valuing his or her skill set as an HHA, and delivering client-centered, evidence-based quality home health care. The program also helps companies retain their HHAs by focusing on the needs of their HHAs, bridging the gap between the HHA, client, and employer, instilling values in their HHAs, and nurturing a lasting working relationship.
